Private Goodness is happy to help you mark Women’s History Month with a one-hour in-house event entitled “Celebrating women leading climate action through history”.
We have many women to thank for our understanding of climate change today and for the progress that has been made towards a safer, cleaner, greener, and more equitable world.
From Eunice Foote, a scientist who first identified that rising CO2 levels could increase atmospheric temperatures, to Katsuko Saruhashi who first developed a method for measuring oceanic carbon dioxide, to Chai Jing who made ground-breaking documentaries about pollution.
This event is about female activists, conservationists, politicians, scientists, musicians, community leaders – each making a notable difference, often without due recognition.
Learn their names, be inspired by their stories, and celebrate their contributions in this engaging session.
Bonus: whatever your level of climate knowledge is now, you are likely to learn something new.
Delivered via Zoom at a time that suits your team best – mornings, afternoons, or evenings throughout March.
£10 per person
