Creating a Nature-Competent Board: training course
This course is designed to equip senior executives and non-executive directors with the knowledge to integrate nature-related risks and opportunities into governance and strategy.
We use the official training materials developed by the The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) in collaboration with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
We have adapted these materials to include the needs of Board Members, and we further personalise training to each organisation, taking your sector, size, and location into account.
We conduct research for each company, so we maximise your time by focusing on the most relevant and actionable points.
This course includes 4 one-hour modules, that can be taken on the same day or once a week over a month.
-
The ‘Why’ – Module 1 – the foundational concepts of business and nature including financial implications and the need to act.
-
The ‘What’ – Modules 2-3 – what current industry practice looks like and how organisations are responding.
-
The ‘How’ – Module 4 – practical exercises for Board Directors to explore how their organisations can implement learnings.
